CKC 2009 - Joy of Card Making

This was my first class of CKC 2009 and I was lucky enough to take it with Suzanne! It was sponsored by Paper Crafts and the teacher was one of the editors of Paper Crafts, Susan Opel. My favorite part of this class was using the pom-pom ribbon on the Thank You card. I love it!

These cards are beautiful especally the Tank You card and the one with the butterfly motif and the punched out holes. How did you do that?

DivineChoice - The punched out holes were made with the end of a large thumbtack into a mousepad. Pretty ingenious, right? You could also use a paper peircer and push it further through the cardstock to get a larger hole. The butterfly is a rubon, and then we used a glue pen to "color" different parts of the butterfly and dropped the yellow sparkly glitter on top. Voila! Pretty card!
